Sam is fantastic! I was initially sceptical of using a Search Agent to find a property, but it has been an excellent decision. She has great knowledge of the local market, agents and prices and has found us a great house, well within budget. Her deep market awareness gave us the confidence to leave houses that were unsuitable either due to location, timings or price, subsequently dealing with the Agent to ensure an easy transaction when we found the right property.
